Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

At Bark & Style, every piece is curated with care to bring style and joy to you and your pup. Because our collections are limited-edition drops and produced in small batches, we primarily offer exchanges or store credit rather than refunds.

Eligibility:
Exchanges or returns for store credit are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair or damage, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Exchanges:
If an item doesn’t fit or arrives damaged, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct size or a comparable item of equal value. Please note that exact replacements may not always be available due to limited quantities. In that case, store credit will be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thebarkandstyle.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
